Adam Reichow

Adam Reichow is a seasoned professional with a resolute mission: to amplify opportunities for the upcoming generation. His journey commenced as a middle school educator with Teach For America, where he unearthed his profound zeal for empowering young minds.

During his tenure with Teach For America's recruitment team, Adam helped shape the then-booming non-profit’s compelling annual drive to hire 5,500 top-tier college seniors for teaching positions in the nation's most underserved schools. It was this experience that illuminated to Adam the profound impact effective and data-driven recruitment can have.

While Adam's dedication to education remained steadfast, he transitioned his focus towards widening pathways to rewarding career paths for recent graduates. Notably, at Goldman Sachs, as the head of campus diversity recruitment, Adam played a pivotal role in pioneering strategic diversity recruiting programs and partnerships that set new standards within the financial services sector.

In 2019, Adam assumed the role of Global Head of Early Career Recruiting at PIMCO. In this capacity, he overhauled the firm's entry-level recruitment processes, generating substantial cost savings while orchestrating the most diverse recruitment cohorts in PIMCO's history.
